An airflow-type mosquito-killing apparatus comprising a housing (1), a circuit board fixed within the housing (1), and, electrically connected to the circuit board, a lamp and a fan (3), also comprising a base (2) detachably fixed at the bottom of the housing (1) and provided with a ventilated mosquito-trapping receptacle (21) corresponding to where an air outlet (12) of the fan (3) is located. Because the lamp and the fan (3) that are electrically connected to the circuit board are fixed within the housing (1) of the airflow-type mosquito-killing apparatus, mosquitoes and insects are positively phototactic, the lamp emits a light to attract mosquitoes and insects, the fan (3) rotates to blow the mosquitoes and insects with an airflow into the mosquito-trapping receptacle (21) of the base (2), the mosquitoes and insects are air-dried to death by continuous blowing of air by the fan (3), dead mosquitoes and insects are held in the base (2), and the base (2) is detachably fixed at the bottom of the housing (1), detachment of the base (2) is facilitated, thus facilitating cleanup of the dead mosquitoes and insects in the base (2). |
