The first retainers (3) are inserted into the insert groove (25) via the openings, respectively. Each of the first retainers (3) 10 includes a resilient retaining plate (32) biased to a retaining position to prevent removal of the corresponding first retainer from the buckle body (2). Each of the resilient retaining plates (32) is removable from the retaining position.
