1. A self-contained unit for producing electric power using only components included within the unit, the unit comprising:
at least one battery; at least one power inverter coupled to and supplying AC electricity to power at least one motor; at least one permanent magnet dynamo coupled to the at least one motor and supplied by power from the at least one motor to operate the at least one permanent magnet dynamo to produce DC power to charge the at least one battery; and at least one computer controlled regulator that regulates both an amount of DC power generated by the at least one permanent magnet dynamo, separates the power received by the at least one permanent magnet dynamo into different types of power by voltage and selectively disconnects coupling of the at least one battery from the permanent magnet dynamo to regulated balance power to the at least one battery, wherein the at least one power inverter also supplies AC electricity to at least one electrical outlet.
