Methods, computer readable media, and apparatuses for aligning project deliverables with project risks are presented. According to one or more aspects, an architectural assessment of a new project may be received at an initial estimation phase of the new project. Subsequently, a rigor worksheet for the new project may be received at the initial estimation phase of the new project. A rigor score for the new project then may be calculated based on the architectural assessment and the rigor worksheet. Thereafter, one or more project deliverables to be imposed on the project may be selected based on the calculated rigor score. |

1. A computer system, comprising:
at least one processor; at least one network interface for establishing communications between the computer system and one or more computing devices; and memory storing computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the computer system to:
receive an architectural assessment file, the architectural assessment file comprising an evaluation of development and deployment needs of a new project provided by one or more project architects during an initial estimation phase of the project;calculate, based on the architectural assessment file, an architecture assessment score for the project;select, based on the calculated architecture assessment score, an architectural engagement model to be imposed on the project at the initial estimation phase of the project,
wherein a first architectural engagement model is selected at the initial estimation phase when the calculated architecture assessment score is less than a predetermined architecture threshold, andwherein a second architectural engagement model is selected at the initial estimation phase when the calculated architecture assessment score is greater than or equal to the predetermined architecture threshold;receive a rigor worksheet file, the rigor worksheet file comprising an evaluation of risks and impact of the project provided by one or more members of a project team associated with the project during the initial estimation phase of the project;calculate, based on the rigor worksheet file, a rigor score for the project;determine, based on the calculated rigor score, a corresponding rigor category for the project;select, based on the determined rigor category, one or more project deliverables to be imposed on the project at the initial estimation phase of the project;generate one or more deliverable checklists based on the one or more project deliverables selected to be imposed on the project at the initial estimation phase of the project;store, using the at least one network interface, the one or more deliverable checklists in a database associated with an enterprise file management system provided by at least one computing device different from the computer system; andpublish the one or more deliverable checklists by electronically transmitting one or more links to the one or more deliverable checklists to one or more entities. |
