The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle body panel structure having better soundproofing performance and vibration-damping performance in order to achieve a quiet interior space. The vehicle body panel structure according to the present invention is characterized in being provided with: an outer panel (13); fixing members (17) provided to the rear surface of the outer panel (13); and a vibration-damping reinforcing member (15) having a base material layer (15a) that has the functions of damping vibration and absorbing sound, a pair of surface layers (15b, 15c) provided respectively on the front and rear surfaces of the base material layer (15a), and a plurality of holes (18) passing through at least one of the pair of surface layers (15b, 15c) with a desired hole diameter and pitch, the vibration-damping reinforcing member (15) being attached to the rear surface of the outer panel (13) with the fixing members (17) interposed therebetween. |
