This closed-cell foam waterstop sheet with an adhesion layer is obtained by adhering: an adhesion layer including a rubber component (A), which comprises a total of at least 80 mass% of a butyl rubber (a1) and a ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (a2), and a petroleum resin-based tackifier (B), said layer having a thickness of 0.01-2.00 mm; and a closed-cell foam sheet in which the proportion of closed cells is at least 70%. The mass ratio [(a2)/(a1)] of the ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (a2) to the butyl rubber (a1) is 0/100-93/7, the petroleum resin-based tackifier (B) is included at a proportion of 0.5-20.0 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component (A), and the 25% compressive stress of the sheet is 10-800 kPa.
