A packaging box (100) comprises a top plate, a bottom plate (101), four side plates (102), and at least four reinforcing components. Each of the reinforcing components is disposed on the inner side of a joint of every two neighboring side plates (102). Each of the reinforcing components comprises a reinforcing plate (103) and a buffering component (104). A plane where the reinforcing plates (103) are located is perpendicular to the bottom plate (101), and two side edges of each of the reinforcing plates (103) are separately connected to every two neighboring side plates (102). A first surface of each of the buffering component (104) is fixed onto a third surface of the corresponding reinforcing plate (103). A second surface of each of the buffering component (104) is provided with a limit portion (1041).
