<p>The present invention provides a filling material which may include: a porous plate which is prepared in a plate shape and has multiple holes at which gas rises by penetrating the plate; a pipe unit which is installed by penetrating the porous plate and protrudes from the upper side of the porous plate at a fixed height, providing the fluid flowing on the upper side of the porous plate with a path heading to the lower part of the porous plate when the fluid exceeds a predetermined height; an outline wall plate which is prepared in a direction crossing the porous plate along the edges of the porous plate, forming a space where the fluid flowing on the upper side of the porous plate and the gas rising from the lower part of the porous plate contact; and a filling material which includes a porous rectangular hole prepared in a rectangular shape surrounding the outside of the outline wall plate and has multiple through holes on the outside. Therefore, the present invention can increase contact efficiency of the gas and the fluid; can reduce pressure loss, increasing the processing amount; and can reduce an imbalance of the fluid distribution, in addition, installation and maintenance of interior structures of the distillation tower are simple.</p> |
