A full-colour LED display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display. The full-colour LED display panel comprises a plurality of subpixel units (11). Each of the subpixel units (11) comprises an LED unit (12) and an optical filtering layer (80, 81, 82) which transmits a specific colour, wherein the LED unit (12) comprises an LED semiconductor chip (13) which emits light rays with a specific colour; the LED semiconductor chips (13) in the plurality of subpixel units are concolorous LED semiconductor chips which emit light rays with the same colour; and in each of the subpixel units (11), the filter layer (80, 81, 82) corresponds to each LED semiconductor chip (13) in terms of position, and is located at one side of the LED semiconductor chip (13) which emits light rays. The display panel can shorten the process cycle of an LED display, reduce production costs and the defective rate of products, and reduce the cell gap of the display panel while achieving a full-colour display. |
