User equipment is provided with: an information storage unit which stores band combination information indicating a combination of bands usable in a carrier aggregation in the user equipment; and a notification control unit which explicitly or implicitly adds, to the band combination information, capability information indicating whether or not the user equipment can set a primary cell using a band in a first duplex mode in the carrier aggregation, and notifies a base station of the band combination information to which the capability information is added. |
