摘要 The present invention relates to a preparation method for a negative electrode material of a lithium ion battery. The method comprises: adding carbon nanotubes and a hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide into deionized water, conducting ultrasonic vibration, and then adding ethanol and ammonia water and further conducting ultrasonic vibration to obtain an alkaline dispersion solution of the carbon nanotubes; dropwise adding an ethanol solution of tetraethoxysilane into the alkaline dispersion solution of the carbon nanotubes, reacting at 30-60°C, and generating a precipitate; separating and washing the precipitate using deionized water; placing same in a reaction furnace, and sintering same at 550-600°C under an inert atmosphere; mixing the product with zinc powder, placing the mixture into the reaction furnace, and sintering same at 650-700°C under the inert atmosphere to obtain a sintered product; putting the sintered product in an acid solution, stirring same at 30-60°C to conduct reaction, then separating and drying the solid phase product; uniformly mixing the solid phase product with a carbon source and a dispersion solvent, placing the mixture in the reaction furnace after being concentrated and dried, and sintering same at 600-800°C in an inert atmosphere to obtain a CNTs/Si/C compound material.
