FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to means for high-frequency surgery/therapy. A multifunctional element for the realisation of surgical/therapeutic interventions includes a device for oxidising substance supply, device for gas supply and an electrode for obtaining plasma. The device for the oxidising substance supply contains a tube, provided with a channel for the oxidising substance supply and at least one hole, connected with the channel for gas supply in the device for the gas supply. The electrode contains a hole for the output of only the oxidising substance, passing through the channel for the supply of the oxidising substance, or only the gas, passing through the channel for the gas supply and at least one hole, or a mixture of the oxidising substance and gas, formed in the channel for the oxidising substance supply.EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to increase the convenience of application and optimal treatment of the patient.10 cl, 11 dwg |
