The said upper rail 3 and the lower crossbar 4 are mounted in parallel and connected by the said vertical crossbars 2 with the formation of the opening A1?5, in which the said at least one pivoting crossbar 1 is mounted with the ability of displacement from the open position P1 to form an upper opening 16 in the latched position P2 to form a closed upper opening 16 and with the ability of returning the said at least one pivoting crossbar 1 in the said open position P1, and also the ability of locking and unlocking the said at least one pivoting crossbar 1 in the latched position P2 by the said locking mechanism L. The locking mechanism L comprises at least one latch 7, one disconnecting slide 8, and also the drive element 5 of the latch, mounted movably on the said upper rail 3.
