A dual-column stationary two-level vehicle parking means, comprising front and rear upright columns (1, 2) fixed to the ground, upper and lower track beams (3, 4), and a movable frame (5). The horizontal upper and lower track beams (3, 4) are arranged at one side or both sides of the front and rear upright columns (1, 2) and are fixedly supported by same; the movable frame (5) being supported on the upper and lower track beams (3, 4) by means of rollers, and being provided with a frame-moving drive mechanism; the movable frame (5) being vertically hinged on a single-column hydraulic automobile lift mechanism such that the movable frame (5) can swing horizontally; a swing drive mechanism being provided between the movable frame (5) and the single-column hydraulic automobile lift mechanism. The vehicle parking device does not require laying tracks on the ground, the forces are balanced, the configuration is simple, and maintenance and operating costs are low. |
