A wearable apparatus according to one embodiment of the technology of the present invention is equipped with a display unit, an operation unit, a storage unit, and a display control unit. The display unit displays images. The operation unit receives input of a prescribed operation event for switching the image displayed on the display unit. The storage unit stores a plurality of images which are to be displayed on the display unit. The display control unit can sequentially switch the image displayed on the display unit each time the prescribed operation event is received. The display control unit causes a first intermediate image to be displayed on the display unit when switching between each individual image, from a beginning image initially displayed on the display unit up to an end image lastly displayed on the display unit, and causes a second intermediate image different from the first intermediate image to be displayed on the display unit when switching between the end image and the beginning image.
