A three-dimensional image display system, method and device, to enable a displayed three-dimensional image to be integrated with the environment, and relieving visual fatigue of an observer when viewing three-dimensional images; the system comprises a drive controller, a display panel and a lens; the drive controller is used to display slice images of a three-dimensional scene on the display panel according to a predetermined sequence; when the slice images are being displayed on the display panel, depending on the depth of the slice images in the three-dimensional scene, the drive controller controls the refraction intensity of the light rays projected by a variable refraction component onto the display panel; the time required to sequentially display on the display panel according to the predetermined sequence all slice images of the three-dimensional scene perpendicular to an optical axis is shorter than the time of the persistence of vision; the display panel is used to display the slice images under the control of the drive controller; and the lens is used for imaging according to the light rays refracted by the refractive variable component. |
