The current fatigue value is calculated according to the scale Karolinska Sleepiness Scale, as well as predicted fatigue values (according to the scale Karolinska Sleepiness Scale) for the driver within the specified time interval in the future using attention model (for instance, sleep/wake predictor) on the basis of the specified signal from the tachograph and/or signal from the driver's map. Calculated current and predicted fatigue values are ordered for transmission into a control unit to determine control signals for a system of prevention about driving beyond the traffic lane and a system of automatic emergency braking on the basis of specified fatigue values.
