FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drive for the rotating drum, in particular to rotating tube furnace, cooling drum or drum mill. The drive contains a) toothed rim made with possibility of securing without rotation on external circumferential side of the rotating drum, b) engaged with the toothed rim pinion located with possibility of rocking and without rotation on the driven shaft, at that the pinion with its driven shaft is held with possibility of rotation relatively to the toothed rim, and c) drive motor to drive the driven shaft. Besides, the pinion additionally to engagement is in rolling contact with geometric closure with the toothed rim, and is installed with possibility of shifting in axial direction in bearings of the driven shaft.EFFECT: invention ensures possibility of reliable compensation of both precessional, and radial runout of the toothed rim.14 cl, 4 dwg |
