摘要 A power cable of the present invention comprises a central circular strand and an n (n ≥ 3) number of flat strand layers in which a plurality of flat strands are stranded. The first flat strand layer is stranded on the central circular strand in an S or Z direction, and the mth (2 ≤ m ≤ n) flat strand layer includes a flat conductor stranded on the (m-1)th flat strand layer in the S or Z direction and an inner semi-conductive layer, an insulation layer, an outer semi-conductive layer, a metal sheath, and a cable protection layer on the outside of the flat conductor. The sum of reaction torques (T) according to the strand direction of each flat strand layer is defined as the product of the modulus of elasticity of each flat strand, the strain of each flat strand, the cross-sectional area of each flat strand, the sine value of the pitch angle of each flat strand, the distance from the center of the flat conductor to the center of gravity of each flat strand, and the number of flat strands constituting each flat strand layer. A ratio of the absolute values of reaction torques, between one direction in which the absolute value of the sum of reaction torques of the flat strand layer is relatively high and another direction in which the absolute value of the sum of reaction torques is relatively small satisfies, a value of 0.7 to 1.0, and the outermost flat strand layer of the flat conductor and a flat strand layer located to make contact with the inside of the outermost flat strand layer have different strand directions.
