摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an automatic inspection method for a reduction gear, which is capable of performing an inspection of the performance of a reduction gear rapidly, accurately, and automatically. The automatic inspection method for the reduction gear in accordance with the present invention comprises the steps of: connecting an inspection disk which is formed in a plane shape and on which a mark is displayed, to a drive shaft of the reduction gear; photographing the inspection disk, and checking the position of the mark by analyzing the photographed image; rotating the drive shaft of the reduction gear by a standard angle; photographing the inspection disk after rotating the reduction gear, and checking the position of the mark by analyzing the photographed image; and measuring an actual rotation angle by which the inspection disk is actually rotated from the position of the mark from the photographed image before rotating the reduction gear and the position of the mark from the photographed image after rotating the reduction gear, and evaluating the performance of the reduction gear by comparing the actual rotation angle to the standard angle.</p>
