REFLECTIVE VARIFOCAL LENS AND IMAGING SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME

A reflective lens with a variable focus changing a focal distance according to electrical signals includes a first conductive electrode layer; an electroactive polymer layer formed on the first electrode layer; a second conductive electrode layer formed on the electroactive polymer layer; and a reflective layer reflecting light radiated to the first or second electrode layer. The shape of the electroactive polymer layer is changed according to the electrical signals applied to the first and second electrode layers. The shape of the reflective layer is changed in accordance with the change of the electroactive polymer layer, thus the focal distance of the reflected light is changed. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of reducing the size of the reflective lens with a variable focus and arraying the reflective lens with the variable focus.
