<p>The present invention relates to a sulfur dying method which includes the steps of: a first process of ion-modifying a target dying subject and washing it many times; a second process of injecting a sulfur dye into 35-45°C of water in a liquor ratio of 10:1-20:1 and raising the temperature until it is between 55-65°C, then injecting 0.033-0.55g/L of aluminum sulfate based on 1L of water and dying the target dying subject; a third process of soaping the dyed target dying subject; a fourth process of post-processing the target dying subject in 55-65°C of water containing 0.5-8% of H2O2, 0.5-8% of CH3COOH with respect to the total weight of the target dying subject in order to increase fastness and washing the outcome; a fifth process of softener treating and dehydrating the target dying subject; and a sixth process of drying the product.</p> |
