<p>The present invention relates to a safety mat for exercising and game, which secures safety of a user who exercises or plays games on a board prepared with buffering bridges at the four lower edges of a rectangular foothold, wherein a mat is installed outside the board, and surrounds the outline of the board in the form of Korean consonant, Mi-eum (square shape). By providing the Mi-eum-shaped mat surrounding the outline of the board, even when a user steps on the edge of the board, the ankle of the user is prevented from being folded since the height difference between the board and the mat is small. Therefore, safety accidents can be prevented and furthermore, users can enjoy the game and the exercise safely.</p> |
