<p>The present invention relates to a cooker which blows steam supplied by a steam supply unit by means of hot air so that the steam is dried and saturated promptly to heat an object to be cooked, ensures a temperature of a cooking chamber to reach an optimal temperature promptly and ensures an object to be cooked promptly. That is, the cooker of the present invention has a steam supply unit formed on one side of the cooking chamber wherein a hot air blowing unit for blowing hot air is provided on one side of the steam supply unit. Accordingly, in the present invention, steam is supplied by the steam supply unit, the steam is heated and blown by means of hot air supplied by the hot air blowing unit, thereby, an object to be cooked is heated and cooked by hot air containing a moisture, accordingly, the object to be cooked retains a proper moisture content, providing an excellent eat feeling, and further, heating in the cooking chamber is performed promptly and therefore cooking is done very quickly.</p> |
