at least one frame member having a central portion, a first end and a second end disposed opposite the first end relative to the central portion, a first foldable portion disposed at a first end of the and a second foldable portion disposed at the second end; a resilient retention member assembly comprising a first layer having first and second longitudinal ends and first and second lateral edges, and a second layer having first and second longitudinal ends and first and second lateral edges, the first layer being different than the second layer and attached to the second layer along at least the first and second lateral edges.
