Provided is a network data channel allocation method, comprising: acquiring performance parameters of each activated network data channel in a terminal; and according to the performance parameters of each network data channel and the requirements of any initiated network service in the terminal, allocating the network service to the corresponding network data channel. Also provided are a network data channel allocation device and terminal. The technical solution of the present invention reasonably allocates network service to the corresponding network data channels according to the actual requirements of the network service, so that each of a plurality of simultaneously executed network services can provide better user experience.
