Disclosed are a channel state information measurement method and device. The channel state information measurement method comprises: receiving channel state measurement information, wherein the channel state measurement information comprises a CRS of at least one CRS port of vertical wave beams having the same Vshift parameter mode in the vertical dimension, wherein the Vshift parameter mode is used for determining the offset of CRS patterns in different vertical wave beams in a frequent domain in the vertical dimension; and according to the channel state measurement information, conducting channel state information measurement. By means of the present application, by conducting channel state information measurement according to a CRS of at least one CRS port of vertical wave beams having the same Vshift parameter mode in the vertical dimension, common signals/common channels in the vertical direction are covered together by several vertical wave beams, and the width of a main lobe of each vertical wave beam is relatively narrow, so that the constant modulus weight can be used completely, thereby avoiding the loss of power utilization efficiency. |
