The roller (5) is arranged on the movable frame (4). The motor (6) is arranged at the rear end of the roller (5). The tensioner (8) is arranged on the movable frame (4). The abrasive belt (10) is sleeved onto the tensioner (8) and the roller (5). The inner mold (9) is arranged on the inside of the abrasive belt (10).
