Disclosed is a secondary battery, which is provided with a battery container (10) having welding sections (W1, W2), said battery container being formed of a metal, and external terminals (20A, 20B) that are disposed on the outer side of the battery container with insulating members (2) therebetween, and which has an insulating protection film (1) formed thereon, said insulating protection film sealing an outer metal surface of the battery container including the welding sections. A short-circuit between the external terminals and the battery container having the welding sections is more reliably eliminated. |
