Provided are a method for processing a VOLTE voice service, a terminal and a routing device. The method comprises: after a communication connection is established between a first terminal and a second terminal, receiving, by an LTE wireless routing device, voice data of the second terminal from the first terminal and sending same to a network side after being encoded, and receiving the voice data sent by the second terminal via the network side and sending same to the first terminal after being decoded; alternatively, receiving hang-up command information of the second terminal from the first terminal and sending same to the network side after being parsed, and receiving the hang-up command information sent by the second terminal via the network side and sending same to the first terminal after being parsed. |
