The invention relates to a carrier plate (2) for accommodating a display object, wherein the carrier plate (2) has a use surface (4), on which to fit the display object, and a rear side (6), on which to fit connecting elements (8). A releasable connection can be made between two carrier plates (2) by way of at least one connecting element (8) per carrier plate (2), wherein at least one connecting element (8) is arranged on each carrier-plate edge (10). The connecting elements (8) here are integrated in the rear side (6) of the carrier plate (2) such that, if the connecting elements (8) do not undergo connection with a further carrier plate (2), they are not visible from the use surface (4). The invention also relates to a carrier-plate assembly (34), which has at least two carrier plates (2), and a method for connecting at least two carrier plates (2) according to the invention and for producing a carrier-plate assembly (34) according to the invention. |
