Provided are a communication data processing method, apparatus and system. A communication data processing method, comprising: acquiring, by a processing apparatus, a data distribution strategy, wherein the data distribution strategy contains storage information about a storage apparatus, the storage apparatus being used for storing context information about a user equipment (UE); and storing, by the processing apparatus, the context information about the UE in the storage apparatus according to the data distribution strategy, or acquiring the context information about the UE from the storage apparatus. In the embodiments of the present invention, context information about the UE is independently stored in the storage apparatus, and is separated from the processing apparatus which performs UE-related signalling processing and data plane forwarding processing, so that the context information about the UE can be acquired from a storage network element or a storage node after a processing network element or a processing node has failed, so that a service of the UE can be recovered according to the acquired context information, thereby achieving uninterrupted service processing even though the processing network element or the processing node has failed, and improving the processing security and reliability. |
