Provided is a glasses type information terminal which not only transmits information to the wearer without causing trouble in every day life, but is also capable of easily transmitting for example the intention of the wearer to the surrounding environment.　Chip LEDs (30) capable of selectively emitting light of a plurality of colours are arranged on a glasses frame (10). The chip LEDs (30) irradiate light towards end parts of the glasses lenses (20a, 20b). A control module (70) and a communication module (60) performing near field communication with a portable terminal that generates individualized information for the wearer are accommodated inside the glasses frame (10). The control module (70) controls the light emission of the chip LEDs (30) on the basis of information from the portable terminal.
