<p>The purpose of the present invention is to reduce production cost of a mounting plate with a terminal for fixating a fuse holder to seat a temperature fuse, a temperature fuse lead line, and an electric coil lead line, to improve the assemblability of the mounting plate, and to install the temperature fuse stably. A fixture to fixate the mounting plate is formed on the lower part of the mounting plate. The terminal to fixate the fuse holder comprising a support plate to seat the temperature fuse and the temperature fuse lead line and electric coil lead line, which are formed on both sides of the fuse holder, is integrally formed on the upper part of the mounting plate. An injection mold presses a pressing protrusion formed on a pressing piece formed into a reversed L-shape when molding an object, thus the object is injection-molded. The present invention is capable of reducing production costs and improving the assemblability of the mounting plate by providing the structure wherein the fuse holder to install the temperature fuse and terminal are integrally formed on the mounting plate, thereby maximizing productivity. The pressing piece formed into the reverse L-shape forming the terminal is moved downward by the injection mold when injection-molding the object by installing the mounting plate on an electric coil and installing the fuse holder and terminal, thereby covering the temperature fuse lead line and electric coil lead line. Accordingly, the present invention prevents the separation of the temperature fuse lead line and electric coil lead line, thereby improving the reliability of product quality.</p> |
