<p>Disclosed is a transformer having a connection plate which enables a winding and a lead to be engaged with each other. The disclosed transformer comprises: a low pressure winding; a connection plate enabling an end of the winding of the low pressure winding and the lead to be engaged with each other; and an eddy current preventing slit formed in the connection plate by enabling a portion of a body of the connection plate to be cut. According to the transformer, the connection plate enabling the end of the winding of the low pressure winding and the lead to be engaged prevents generation of an eddy current and formed to have a shape to relieve magnetic field concentration so as to prevent the connection plate from being overheated to improve thermal stability of an internal component of the transformer.</p>
