<p>A reaction medium for the culture and/or detection and/or identification of bacteria of the Legionella genus includes at least one siliceous compound, where the siliceous compound is a nonpolar silica. A method for detecting and/or identifying bacteria of the Legionella genus, includes bringing a sample that may contain bacteria of the Legionella genus into contact with a reaction medium comprising at least one siliceous compound, incubating, and detecting the presence of bacteria of the Legionella genus.</p> |
