A nozzle cage (9) has two adjacent axial spaced nozzle discs (10,11) between which a gap is formed. An elastomeric membrane (13) is formed in the gap between nozzle discs. A switching device (14) has a clamping disc (15) that is arranged axially adjacent to the membrane and a clamping spring (16) that is arranged on membrane.</p>
