According to the invention, the fixing device (1) is embodied as a pipe hanger that can be closed around the periphery of the central pipe (3) and comprises shells (11) connected in an articulated manner. At least one of the shells (11) has an air supply section (12) via which air from the central pipe (3) can be supplied to the pipe aerator (2).
