The present invention relates to a thermal block including a radiating plate (10), a block main body (20), and a radiating plate groove plug (30). The radiating plate (10) is made by pressing a plated steel plate, a plated aluminum plate, or a copper plate using a press. The block main body (20) is made by injecting mortar into a form for compression molding or plastic injection molding. The radiating plate groove plug (31) is made of aluminum through diecasting, compression molding, or plastic injection molding, wherein radial rings (32) are formed on the circumference of a plug cylinder (31). A radiating plate cylinder (12), the radial rings (32), and the flat part (11a) of the radiating plate (10) are inserted into a radial through-hole (25) of the block main body (20) and a radiating plate flat part insertion groove (23). |
