The present invention relates to a horizontally positioned transfer arm for a transfer and a transfer robot therewith. The horizontally positioned transfer arm comprises: a base arm; a middle arm disposed over the base arm; and a top arm disposed over the middle arm. In the base arm, a screw is disposed along a longitudinal direction and a nut block moving along the screw and a screw unit having a motor to move the screw are installed, wherein the nut block is fixed in the middle arm. Belt traction units are formed on the left and right sides of the horizontally positioned transfer arm, wherein a pair of belt fixing parts capable of fixing belts on the left and right sides of the base arm are formed separately from each other in a longitudinal direction, a pair of belt fixing parts capable of fixing the belts on the left and right sides of the top arm are formed separately from each other in a longitudinal direction, polys are formed separately from each other in a longitudinal direction on the left and right sides of an opposite side of the belt fixing part at the middle arm, both ends of the belt are fixed in the belt fixing part of the base arm and the belt fixing part of the top arm and a pair of belts are formed on the left and right sides in a structure of surrounding the poly. Therefore, when the middle arm is moved by the motor, the horizontally positioned transfer arm having a structure of towing the top arm by the belt is configured to horizontally transfer and return a product by a gripper installed in the top arm of the horizontally positioned transfer arm, so a rapid transfer time is supplied and the accuracy of the transfer is increased. The horizontally positioned transfer arm is supported by a rotatable rotation transfer means, and the rotation transfer means includes a transfer robot having a structure of being supported by a lift transfer means capable of being moved vertically up and down, so the product can be transmitted and returned to where a user desires. |
