The present invention relates to a method for decomposing synthesized protein fiber by using ultrasonic wave energy. The existing synthesized protein fiber maintains a very stable structure by a hydrogen bond. However, according to the present invention, protein fiber is decomposed into protein fiber fragments by continuously irradiating protein fiber with strong ultrasonic wave energy to cut a binding structure of the fiber; the shape (length) of the protein fiber fragment is determined depending on the amount of ultrasonic wave energy directly irradiated to the protein fiber; and the fiber fragments in the uniform shape can be made.
