摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of baked confectionery which enables continuous production of the baked confectionery having a characteristic shape, and to provide a production apparatus and the baked confectionery.SOLUTION: The production method of the baked confectionery includes: a first process for drawing and forming the contour of a desired shape by liquid dough discharged from a nozzle of a discharge apparatus while relativity moving a dough placing position and the discharge apparatus; and a second process for obtaining shaped dough by filling the inside of the contour formed in the first process with the liquid dough discharged from the nozzle of the discharge apparatus. The relating apparatus and the baked confectionery are also provided.
