<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of dissolving imbalance of inductance caused by an energization mode, and of reducing the inductance. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion device has an upper arm module 110, a lower arm module 130, and an output bus bar 9 connected to a load. A middle-side bus bar 115 of the upper arm module 110, a middle-side bus bar 135 of the lower arm module 130, and the output bus bar 9 are connected to perform power conversion between the power supply side and the load side. Here, at a connection point of the three bus bars, three bus bars are overlapped with each other, and end parts of those are directed in the same direction. An end part 122 of the output bus bar 9 is arranged at the center of the overlapping order, and the middle-side bus bar 115 is arranged on one surface side of the end part 122, and the middle-side bus bar 135 is arranged on the other surface side of the end part 122.
