<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout that inhibits the intrusion of medical solution therein to efficiently prevent remaining of the medical solution even when sterilization treatment with medical solution is performed, and that can correspond to the aseptic filling and ensure the spouting property of the content solution. <P>SOLUTION: The spout with a cap includes: the pout including a cylindrical body having a space inside serving as a spouting passage for a content solution penetrated therethrough, and a welding section positioned at a lower section of the cylindrical body and having a solution surface extending downward from a top plate and the peripheral edge of the top plate, and also includes the cap engaged with the spout. Two engaging projections are formed on the lower side surface of the spouting passage of the welding part, and a thin film part sealing the opening serving as the spouting passage for the content and the circumferential edge of which can be cut along the opening is formed on the bottom surface of the welding part. The space between the two engaging projections is made to be a connecting part and the circumferential part of the thin film part is cut except for the connecting part and a cutout part is formed at the end of the connecting part. Then the thin film part formed with the cutout part around the connecting section as the support is pushed inside the spouting passage, causing the thin film part to be engaged between the two engaging projections. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
