<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout that inhibits the intrusion of medical solution therein to efficiently prevent remaining of the medical solution even when sterilization treatment with medical solution is performed, and that can correspond to the aseptic filling and ensure the spouting property of the content solution. <P>SOLUTION: The spout with a cap includes: the pout including a cylindrical body having a space inside serving as a spouting passage for a content solution penetrated therethrough, and a welding portion positioned at a lower part of the cylindrical body and having a solution surface extending downward from a top plate and the peripheral edge of the top plate, and the cap engaged with the spout. A thin film portion that seals the opening serving as the spouting passage for the content and the circumferential edge of which can be cut along the opening with a cutter is formed on the bottom surface of the welding portion, and a projecting portion that extends axially downward is formed on the lower surface of the thin film portion. The circumferential part of the thin film portion except for a part to be a connection portion is cut with the cutter, and then the thin film portion is pushed inside the spouting passage around the connection portion as a support and the tip of the projection portion is engaged with the side surface of the spouting passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
