<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic having excellent stability with age, and usability of excellent spread with no stickiness. <P>SOLUTION: In this oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic, following components (A)-(C) are blended: (A) a particulate metal oxide dispersion composition containing following components (a1)-(a3), (a1) a particulate metal oxide surface-treated by alkyl titanate, (a2) polyhydroxy stearic acid, and (a3) non-silicone-based oil; (B) a surfactant selected from an alkyl methyl taurine salt and/or a phospholipid; and (C) an oily component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
