<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket machine capable of reducing operation burdens of a clerk dealing with refundment for avoiding the ticket machine from being used for exchange. <P>SOLUTION: A bill not to be paid from a ticket machine is set as a specific denomination.
