<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller and a submerged pump capable of securing a prescribed foreign-matter passing diameter, preventing deterioration the performance, and reducing manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: The impeller 42 is accommodated in a casing 41 of a submerged pump 1, and rotated by a rotary shaft 24 to pump fluid. The impeller includes a first shroud 52, a second shroud 53 provided opposite to the first shroud 52, and one blade 54 which is integrally formed on one of the first shroud 52 and the second shroud 53, and fixed to the other of the first shroud 52 and the second shroud 53, and has an intermediate recess 55 with its main surface fixed to the other of the first shroud 52 and the second shroud 53 being opened, and is continuous from the center side to the outer circumferential side of the first shroud 52 and the second shroud 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
