<p>The present invention relates to a packing container. The purpose of the present invention is to perform a process of inputting water inside a container body or discharging water from the container body safely and easily and to facilitate the installation and separation of an inner cover joined to the container body. The present invention is composed of the container body (10) including an inner receiving unit (11) and an outer rim unit (19) on the upper part; the inner cover (20) fixated to the inner upper part of the container body (10) to be detached and including a hemispherical recess unit (22) curved downward and a water supply port (21) where water is injected inside the container body (1) on the center of the recess unit (22); and an outer cover (30) covering the outer rim unit (19) of the container body (10) to cover the inner cover (10). The present invention is characterized by including drain holes (17, 27) on either a wall unit of the container body (10) or the rim of the recess unit (22).</p>
