<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement unit capable of performing highly accurate measurement in which a measurement part is high in rigidity while having a light weight with simple configurations.SOLUTION: The measurement unit includes: a casing 102 constituted of a hollow approximately cylindrical body; a dimension display part 104 disposed in the casing 102; a fixed probe 106 fixed to the casing 102; a movable probe 108 sliding along the reference surface of the casing 102; and a movable probe moving rod 110 disposed in the casing 102 for allowing the movable probe 108 to slide along the reference surface. The movable probe moving rod 110 is moved in the casing 102, and the movable probe 108 and the fixed probe 106 are brought into contact with an object to be measured such that a dimension between both probes is displayed. A pair of cross roller guides 112 and 113 disposed with the movable probe moving rod 110 sandwiched in parallel along the moving direction and preload application means 125 for applying a predetermined amount of preload via the cross roller guides 112 and 113 to the movable probe moving rod 110 are disposed in the casing 102.</p> |
